The Studio
How early should I arrive to class?
First visit: Arrive 15 minutes early so we can introduce you to your reformer.
Regulars: Arrive 10 minutes before class to be ready to start on time.
What do I need for class?
You need grip socks and grip gloves for all reformer-based classes.
Yes, we sell socks and gloves. Ask your instructor or at reception for a pair.
We recommend a sweat towel and a bottle of water.
Are grip socks required?
For health, safety and hygiene, grip socks are required and grip gloves are strongly recommended for all reformer-based classes.
If you do not have any, you can purchase some at the studio. Ask your instructor.
Do you have changing rooms, lockers and showers?
We do not have changing rooms or showers at the Castor and Marleigh Cambridge locations. Our class participants arrive ready for class.
We have small cupboards inside the R3FORM & R3FRESH studio at Marleigh Cambridge for you to safely store your personal belongings, including mobile phones.
How big are your classes?
Classes vary in size depending on the class type and studio.
Castor R3FORM has 18 reformers
Castor R3FRESH holds up to 17 participants
Cambridge Marleigh R3FORM has 19 reformers
Cambridge Marleigh R3FRESH holds up to 10 participants
What is the difference between R3FORM & R3FRESH?
Each of our locations has two studio spaces: R3FORM & R3FRESH
R3FORM is the reformer-based class studio.
R3FRESH is our mat-based class studio.
Can I bring a mobile phone into class?
Your mobile phone will not improve your class experience. Please leave them in the cubbies with your other personal belongings.
Please turn them off or set them to silent.
Do you have parking?
We have parking at both studios.
Note that parking bays are limited at our Cambridge Marleigh location. However, there is plenty more free parking at the Newmarket Park & Ride, which connects to the Marleigh Estate via a footpath.
Cambridge Marleigh also has ample cycle parking on the Marleigh Square. Please leave your bicycles and scooters (electric or manual) outdoors.

What type of memberships do you have?
We have drop-in classes, class packs and a monthly memberships.

What are the terms of your monthly membership?
The minimum membership period is three (3) consecutive months. Then, it becomes a rolling monthly membership.
You will get all the details outlined in your contract at the time of purchase.

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel, send your cancellation request by R3FORM in-app message or email. Be sure to let us know if you want to cancel from your next monthly renewal or further out.
Note, per the contract terms, you can only cancel after three (3) months of membership.

Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, you can for a fee of £30 per month. To request to freeze, R3FORM in-app message or email us the dates that you would like your freeze period to start and the number of months you want to freeze for.
Note the request must be made in advance and can not be retroactive.

How do I book a guest with my monthly membership guest pass?
You must book your guest at the same time as you book yourself. If you have already booked a spot, you need to cancel this spot and rebook you and your guest.
Note that you cannot book a guest on a class waitlist.
You can also book a guest without attending the same class yourself. To do this, use the Book Guest only toggle.
When you add a new guest, this automatically creates an account for them.
IMPORTANT: Your guest will receive a booking confirmation email (check junk mail) and the booking is on their account, not yours. You cannot see their booking.
They can use the Forgot password to create a new password and access their account. They can cancel their own class from their account.

How do the class packs work?
You can purchase a 5- and 10-class pack. See details and pricing here:
Class packs are valid for the allocated number of classes and for a limited time only as follows:
– Packs of 10 or more classes are valid for six (6) months only.
– Packs of 5-9 classes are valid for three (3) months only.
– Packs of 2-4 classes are valid for two (2) weeks only.

Can I gift a class, pack or membership to someone?
Yes you can.
You can purchase a digital gift card here.
You input the amount and recipient details and then the recipient can use use the gift card toward a class, class pack or membership.
First Visit
What classes do you recommend for beginners?
All our classes are all-inclusive and suitable for varied levels of fitness.
We offer three types of reformer-based Pilates classes. Reformer Pilates and FitCore reformer are slightly slower paced and may be a better option for your first visit.
R3FORM, our signature class, is a high-energy, quicker paced class. In all our classes, you work at your own pace.
Your instructor will be on hand to assist you with exercises, technique and equipment, and will offer modifications.
Do you offer beginners' classes?
All our classes are all-inclusive and suitable for varied levels of fitness. You can read more on this in the section below.
We also offer a series of small group training for beginners:
R3NEW: Introduction to Reformer Pilates.
This includes four (40) 50-minute small group classes (max 6 participants). You’ll:
- Meet the reformer
- Learn and practise move with modifications and progressions
- Get a taste of all are reformer-based classes (Reformer Pilates, FitCore Reformer and R3FORM) and learn some
- Leave ready to participate in any of our classes with confidence
R3NEW runs on a regular basis. Check the timetable for R3NEW or inquire via in-app messaging or email to register your interest.
Do I need an induction before attending class?
On your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts. Your instructor will assist you and get you set up and ready for class. If you are attending a reformer-based class, they will show you how it works.
Your instructor will be able to assist you throughout the class too.

General Policies

What is the minimum age for classes and beauty treatments?
Classes are open to everyone aged 16 years and over. Under 16s are not permitted on the premises.
Beauty treatments are for adults 18 years and over.

Can I attend classes during pregnancy?
During pregnancy we recommend attending reformer Pilates, FitCore reformer, Mat Pilates or Barre classes.
We ask that you attend classes led by our pre/post qualified instructors (Katie, Katya, Jaz, Julie) and notify the instructor before class so they can take care of you and your bump. When you book onto any class, you will have the opportunity to add in if you are pre or post natal.
Please prioritise any advice your midwife or doctor has given you regarding exercise.
If you have not been active or exercising regularly prior to your pregnancy, you can start attending after 12 weeks.
Can I bring my kids or pets with me?
Unfortunately, we do not allow kids under 16 or pets on our premises.
Our space is a calm, adults-only sanctuary. Only members with a class booking or an appointment can enter the studios or treatment rooms.
For everyone’s well-being, please leave your kids at home and stay with them if they need you. Please also leave your pets at home and refrain from leaving them in your car while you attend a class or treatment.
Can I park my bicycle or scooters indoors?
Bicycles and scooters are not allowed inside our premises.
Marleigh Cambridge has ample cycle parking available on the main square near the COOP. Scooters can be left outdoors on the pavement.
R3FORM and momence apps
Why do I get this 'You do not have access. Please contact your host.' when trying to book a class?
This means that the class is not yet open for booking for you.
Monthly member: 14 days priority booking.
All others (drop-in class or class packs): 10 days booking window.
IMPORTANT: the booking window is based on the date and time of the class. For example, if you want to book a 5:30 pm class, you have to wait until 5:30 pm 10 or 14 days before the class.
Who do I contact for help using the app?
Please use the momence Help from within the R3FORM app or on the momence website.
How do I reset my password?
Please use the ‘Forgot password’ link on your app login page.

Do you have Gift Cards?
Yes we do. You can purchase a digital gift card here.
You can choose the amount you want to give. You can also specify a date and time you would like the recipient to receive the email gift card.
Note: you will also get a confirmation email with the details that you can forward or print and give to the recipient.
What is the best way to contact you?
The quickest and easiest way to contact us is using the in-app messaging in the R3FORM or momence app. We typically answer within one business day.
