Our R3FORM Personal Trainers
Rachael’s journey towards teaching Pilates began as a classically trained dancer. Her training as a professional dancer gave her the foundation to understand the biomechanics of how the body works through movement and lifestyle.
With almost 20 years experience in the fitness industry Rachael has worked as a studio instructor, personal trainer and studio co-ordinator in London. With a desire to specialise in more mindful movement Rachael trained as a pilates instructor with the world-renowned STOTT PILATES method and has been teaching mat and reformer sessions for 10 years teaching in one to one, small and large settings. Rachael is experienced in helping people reach their goals specialising in ante and post-natal women, older adults and people who want to return to exercise after injury.
Each session with Rachael is specific to her client, based on your fitness level, posture and lifestyle. You will start to feel the benefits of pilates through the exercises to improve posture and muscle tone and strengthen core muscles.
For more than 10 years Christina has been working in the fitness industry, first as a personal trainer then later as a Pilates Instructor, trained through Peak Pilates. Christina has had the pleasure of working with various clients of different age groups and physical abilities but all with the same common desire to want to move better and feel better.
Christina’s experience has allowed her to train people using various techniques, specifically focused on Pilates movements both on and off the Reformer. She enjoys creating bespoke workouts that are safe, effective and targeted to help her clients meet their individual fitness goals and needs.
