With nearly 50 classes a week, you’ll find everything from Pilates for your core to Yoga for your soul. Our signature R3FORM workouts are, as we say, where awesome happens! Please pop in and see us – we’d love to show you around.
With 22 reformers in our stunning new R3FORM studio – we will rock you to the core with our signature R3FORM workout. A BIG attitude, high sweat, low impact 45-minute total body workout like nothing you’ve ever tried! With amazing playlists and the best Instructors, this is where legendary workouts are made! You will feel the difference in just one workout! You don’t need to be an athlete to train with us, and you don’t need any fancy gear. 2 left feet and baggy sweats is fine by us.
R3FRESH your body and your mind for total wellbeing in our second studio. Our mat-based programme of Yoga, Pilates, BARRE and meditation classes will prepare you physically and mentally for a more enriched life. Our focus on core strength, flexibility, relaxation and mindfulness will help you to say goodbye to aches, pains and stress and hello to a greater feeling of wellbeing!
R3VIVE Cambridge provides a superior level of beauty treatments and experience to the Cambridge area. Our expert therapists – Jenna and Olivia are trained to the highest levels offering treatments including a range of massages, facials, waxing and nail treatments. Many of our treatments use the range of Eve Taylor products.
