We’ve taken the best of Pilates, HIIT, Yoga and strength training. We’ve added the worlds best reformers, mixed some awesome music, gathered the best trainers and thrown in a whole lot of attitude to create a workout like no other
Our ground floor is home to one of the UK’s largest reformer studios. We will rock you to the core in our signature R3FORM workout. A BIG attitude, high sweat, low impact 45-minute total body workout like nothing you’ve ever tried! This is where awesome happens and legendary workouts are made!
R3FRESH your body and your mind for total wellbeing in our first-floor studio. Our programme of Yoga, Pilates, BARRE and meditation classes will prepare you physically and mentally for a more enriched life. Our focus on core strength, flexibility, relaxation and mindfulness will help you to say goodbye to aches, pains and stress and hello to a greater feeling of wellbeing!
We offer a complete range of complementary therapies from traditional beauty and massage to holistic treatments, including reflexology. Sports therapies for injury treatment and rehabilitation are also available. Set in the most peaceful surroundings this tranquil time is your time. Time to breathe, relax, and feel alive!
